Guesthouse Los Pastores originally was an Andalusian farm dating
back to 1938. All kinds of livestock were kept at the farm, such as chickens,
goats, sheep and pigs.
Before becoming guesthouse Los Pastores, the farm has been reconstructed intensively:
the farm’s private house used to be decorated sparingly yet functionally.
It is partially renovated and has been decorated in a rustic, pleasant style.
Furthermore, a large part of both the old stables and the haylofts have been
converted into luxurious guestrooms.
While most of the livestock have left the estate along with
its previous owner, abundant animal life can still be found at Los Pastores.
There are chickens to provide fresh eggs each morning, while the dogs and cats
make pleasant company
The farmhouse was built on top of a small mountain, which provides an excellent view over the mountainous countryside. Here one can imagine being perfectly alone. Yet the ancient fortification of Ronda is just a mere 3 kilometres away, providing all kinds of sights and entertainment.
